Terms of Use

1. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the terms of use of the Erkatooy.ERP SaaS platform (hereinafter, the Platform) — software of ООО «2REELS AGENCY» for automating the management of private preschool educational organizations: attendance tracking, a methodology center, CRM, finance and billing, kitchen and inventory, HR, communications, document management, video surveillance, and access control.
2. Registration and Access
An Organization registers on the Platform itself, using the form on the Provider's public website. The Organization's Owner is responsible for safeguarding the credentials of the Staff Members it invites to the system and for configuring their access permissions.
3. Pricing and Payment
Access to the Platform is provided on the terms of the selected Pricing Plan. The Organization is given a free trial period, on the terms specified on the registration page. The payment procedure, and changes to pricing and additional paid features, are governed by the Public Offer.
4. Obligations of the Client Organization
The Organization must ensure there is a lawful basis for entering the personal data of its children and their legal representatives into the Platform, including obtaining the necessary consents where these have not been obtained through the consent mechanism built into the Platform (Section 4 of the Privacy Policy).
5. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is." The Platform Operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted operation but does not guarantee it will be entirely free of faults, and is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
6. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is governed by a separate Privacy Policy.
7. Relationship to the Public Offer
Matters of payment and the procedure for rendering services are governed by the Public Offer. This Agreement governs the rules for using the Platform's functions that are not related to payment.
8. Changes to These Terms
The Operator may change the terms of this Agreement, with notice to users given through the Platform's interface. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes agreement with the new version.
The official text of this document is in Russian. In the event of a discrepancy in interpretation between language versions, the Russian version prevails.
